About Me
Ever since I was a small girl growing up in central Wisconsin, I have had a fascination with cooking. I was always trying to come up with different meals I could make for my family. I would experiment with spices and flavorings, and loved to watch PBS to see my favorite chefs cook fabulous meals. All through the years, I learned different techniques and styles and learned to combine different flavors and tastes to get the best dish I could.
But what I loved the most, was to see the faces of the people who ate the food I made. It gave me great pleasure to feed people and to see them enjoy eating it.
So now, I am retired from nursing, and was wondering what I was going to do once I retired. I knew that I would need something that would keep my mind occupied and my hands busy. And it was really a “no brainer” that cooking should be my outlet.
Cooking, and serving people have been foremost in my life, and I knew that doing that would be the most satisfying thing that I could do. I have taken first place multiple times in soup cookoffs and love coming up with new and exciting dishes.

So, after much thought and research, I found that there weren’t many places who catered for smaller events. And that was when I decided what I should do. I would open a business for mobile catering for smaller venues. I hope you will give us a try.
